    Lazona Tile Care provides professional tile, grout, and natural stone restoration services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities.

    Estimates & Pricing

    All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial evaluation. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

    Warranty

    Our grout color sealing services include a 15-year warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing upon service completion. Warranty coverage requires proper maintenance as recommended by our technicians.

    Scheduling & Cancellation

    We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day service is available based on technician availability.

    Liability

    Lazona Tile Care is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during service. Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

    By checking the SMS consent box on any of our website forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Lazona Tile Care, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, and occasional promotions.
