    The Institue of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC)Reccomends Re-Cleaning Every 12-24 Months As Needed, And Re-Applying An Impregnating Sealer To Porous Grout and Stone At Each Service As Well. As Your Home's Foundation Shifts and Moves Cracks Will Start To Occur To Your Grout Along Baseboards, Toekicks, Shower Pans and other Misc Places. 


    During These Maintenance Cleanings The Technican Can Then Assess Any Cracking and Put In A Work Order To Repair These Areas To Ensure Mositrue Stays Out!
